Location: Oak Brook We are looking for a Nuclear Engineer (Reactor Physics) to join a team developing cutting-edge advanced reactor technologies. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in neutronics, reactor analysis, and core physics design who wants to make a tangible impact on the future of clean energy. What You’ll Do

Carry out reactor core physics analyses: neutronics, reactivity, burnup, and power distribution. Support fuel management and reactor core optimization. Perform safety and performance evaluations, including steady-state and transient analysis. Work with reactor physics codes (e.g., MCNP, SCALE, SERPENT, CASMO, PARCS). Collaborate across engineering teams on core design integration and licensing activities. Contribute to innovation in microreactor and advanced reactor development. What We’re Looking For

Degree in Nuclear Engineering, Physics, or a related field (M.Sc./Ph.D. a plus). Several years of experience in reactor physics, core design, or nuclear analysis. Solid understanding of neutron transport, reactor kinetics, and fuel cycle analysis. Familiarity with reactor physics software tools and regulatory requirements. Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for advancing nuclear energy. Employment details
