Senior UX Designer, YouTube Business Technology — Google This role may be located in Playa Vista, CA, or other preferred locations (New York, NY; Los Angeles, CA; San Bruno, CA). Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 6 years of interaction design experience in product design or UX design. Experience with service design or designing for enterprise systems. Experience defining and expanding design systems, components, and patterns. Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent practical experience. 3 years of experience working in a cross-functional organization. 2 years of experience leading design projects. Experience designing with Salesforce or other major CRM platforms. Responsibilities
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to understand requirements and provide solutions. Communicate the user experience at various stages of the design process with wireframes, flow diagrams, storyboards, mockups, or high fidelity prototypes. Integrate user feedback and business requirements into ongoing product experience updates. Advocate for the prioritization of design-centered changes, refinements, and improvements. About The Job

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $151,000-$222,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location; recruiters will share specific ranges for your preferred location during hiring. compensation details listed reflect base salary only and do not include bonus, equity, or benefits.
