Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious Associate Brand Manager to join our marketing team with a pivotal role in brand team operations, driving market growth, and enhancing brand equity. This role is responsible for overseeing the successful execution of the Outdoors Brand team operations and projects that are assigned by the organization. This includes directing the activities of team members, managing resources, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meets quality standards. Responsibilities
Project Planning and Document Management: Develop project plans, define scope, set timelines, and manage resources for AOP (annual operating plans), annual Class/Winter Buy, and brand-related initiatives.
Own and maintain brand team project documents, records, and files.
Own and monitor brand team weekly project briefing, lead team meetings to identify areas of risk or opportunity.
Own and maintain brand team social calendar, work with brand managers, agency partners and internal cross-functional teams to identify content strategies.
May assist in the planning, development, and implementation of marketing campaigns/marketing materials to promote brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
Process Optimization & Performance
Manage and track Outdoors brand budget expenses and ensure adherence to budget parameters.
Develop and manage relationships with business partners to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Identify and implement improvements to brand-related processes and workflows.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of brand campaigns and initiatives.
Ensure brand consistency and compliance with brand guidelines in all marketing materials and communications.
Utilize market research and analysis to identify consumer trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to support commercialization product development initiatives.
Stakeholder Management
Work with cross-functional teams, COEs, agencies and other teams to align on brand strategies and project execution.
Follow our Ways of Working process (WoW) and coordinate stakeholder alignment meetings.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, utilizing strong project management skills to engage and communicate project status, manage expectations, and address any issues that arise.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field
5+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, or related field
Familiarity with project management, data sharing, marketing automation tools and CRM software such as Monday.com, HubSpot, Box, OneDrive, SharePoint
Knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams
Proficiency in MS Office suite and familiarity with marketing analytics tools (Tableau)
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively

Pay and Benefits:
Fortune Brands believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable base salary range for this role is $55,000 USD - $88,000 USD. Actual salaries may vary within the range based on factors including education, training, experience, and location. Eligible for annual bonus based on company and individual performance, or a role-based sales incentive plan.
