to oversee and elevate the day-to-day operations of their offices. This is more than an administrative role its a
leadership opportunity

Lead and develop a team of paralegals, legal secretaries, and office staff Serve as the key liaison between office leadership, attorneys, and national departments Oversee HR operations: hybrid schedules, performance management, coaching, reviews, PIPs Manage budgeting, expense oversight, timekeeping, and billing support Act as the go-to problem solver and local tech liaison for IT coordination Ensure top-tier client service and operational efficiency Collaborate on marketing initiatives and coordinate office events Travel to the Austin office one week per month What Youll Need
510+ years
of legal office management experience (law firm experience required) Proven success managing staff in a mid-to-large firm environment Strong knowledge of HR practices, legal billing/timekeeping, and office budgeting Polished communication skills across all levels from staff to shareholders Bachelor's degree
required Experience with
iManage or NetDocs
is a plus Must be
based in Dallas
