Spanish-English Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative at Sherwin-Williams, you will play a vital role in assisting both wholesale and retail customers by understanding their needs and providing expert advice on our range of products. Your ability to communicate effectively in both Spanish and English will enhance our service delivery and ensure customer satisfaction. In this position, you will be responsible for promptly addressing any customer concerns and maintaining the high visual and quality standards expected at our stores. You will also actively contribute to achieving sales goals while providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities: Deliver excellent customer service to ensure high levels of satisfaction. Engage with customers in person and over the phone to determine their needs and present appropriate products and services. Build and maintain trusting relationships with customers. Process sales transactions accurately and in accordance with company policies. Meet and strive to exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets. Maintain accurate work order files and product formulations. Select the right products from the sales floor or warehouse based on customer requests. Tint and mix products as necessary to meet customer specifications. Stock shelves, set up displays, and ensure a clean and orderly store environment. Assist with loading and unloading delivery trucks, and helping with deliveries as needed. Stay knowledgeable about products offered and actively discuss options with customers. Comply with inventory control procedures and suggest ways to improve sales. Minimum Requirements: Must be at least eighteen (18) years old. Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without requiring sponsorship. Must be proficient in reading, writing, and communicating in both English and Spanish. Must possess a valid, unrestricted Driver's License. Must be physically able, with or without reasonable accommodation, to retrieve materials from shelves and lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally. Must be available to work scheduled hours that may include evenings and weekends. Preferred Qualifications: A High School diploma or GED is preferred. A minimum of one (1) year of experience in retail, delivery, or customer service roles. Experience selling paint and related products is a plus.
