Full Time/Part Time: Full Time Open Until Filled. $17.05 to $18.76 hourly. Actual salary negotiable based on experience and qualifications. South Area/Melbourne/Travels Countywide. Work schedule is Monday through Friday 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Performs skilled office and clerical work coordinating and expediting services and maintaining accurate and current stock inventory recordsregarding the receiving, storing, and issuing of a variety of materials, supplies and equipment. Work requires the use of considerable discretion in prioritizing service requests. REQUIREMENTS:
Four (4) years of progressively responsible administrative or office experience including one (1) year in inventory, receiving, and storekeeping of automotive and/or heavy equipment parts. Additional qualifying education and/or experience may be substituted on a year for year basis. Experience in work order management including managing quality control of work orders and assisting in the review of vendor contracts is preferred. Ability to read and interpret parts specifications and proficiency in operating personal and mobile computer devices and fleet work management software is preferred. Experience in purchasing and requisition procedures and safe work practices to be used in a parts storeroom is preferred.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:
