We're looking for a Lead Manager of Technical Marketing to articulate our technology architecture and demonstrate how Citrix addresses technical challenges, focusing on our virtual apps and desktops portfolio. Key Responsibilities: Support initiatives related to Citrix platform architecture, particularly for our virtual apps and desktop products. Effectively position these technologies within the broader technology landscape. Create technical marketing content such as whitepapers, solution briefs, technical blogs, demos, webinars, and more. Lead the development of technical proof points and use cases that showcase the value of our solutions. Represent the company as a technical expert at industry events, webinars, and within communities to enhance brand credibility among practitioners. Collaborate with marketing teams to support product launches, sales training, and field readiness activities. Work cross-functionally with product management, sales, and marketing teams at both program and initiative levels. Possess deep knowledge of virtual apps and desktops integration and interoperability at a technical solution level. Steer the narrative surrounding virtual apps and desktops at technical events and webinars. Experience and Skills Required: 7+ years in technical product marketing or solutions marketing roles; other marketing roles will not be considered. Expert-level knowledge of virtual apps and desktop technologies from a deep technical implementation perspective. Capable of managing multiple projects autonomously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to craft clear, concise, and engaging content. Strong collaboration skills across various disciplines. Solid understanding of marketing principles and best practices. Experience in building impactful marketing strategies and programs. Preparedness for presenting to technical audiences. Strong business acumen in program development, management, analysis, and reporting. Optional Experience and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is a plus. Adjacent technical skills in security, automation, or networking. Familiarity with software product development processes. A passion for technology and a solid understanding of the enterprise software landscape. We offer competitive salaries generally in NY ranging from $153,601 to $230,401, CA ranging from $160,279 to $240,419, and other locations from $133,566 to $200,348. Additional rewards including bonuses and incentives may apply based on individual performance.
