JOB SUMMARY As a Screenprint Worker specializing in Specialty Printing, you will play a critical role in our manufacturing process by ensuring our products are screenprinted accurately according to customer specifications. This position requires a high level of dexterity, fine manipulation skills, and the ability to sit for extended periods.
YOU ARE Meet or exceed production rates set for specific customers while maintaining quality standards. Retrieve orders and specifications from the production desk to ensure accuracy in the screenprinting process. Conduct quality checks on folded products to ensure they meet the required specifications. Maintain a clean and organized work area to support efficient production processes. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to identify and resolve any issues in the folding process. Adhere to all safety guidelines and company policies. Checks packing list for accuracy and inspects collected goods. Performs other related duties as assigned.
REQUIRED SKILLS FOR SUCCESS High school diploma or equivalent. Excellent manual dexterity and fine manipulation skills. Ability to sit for long periods while maintaining focus and productivity. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to read and interpret work orders and customer specifications. Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
