Join our dynamic team as a Customer Service Representative, where your contributions are vital to the success of our retail stores. In this role, you'll interact with both wholesale and retail customers to understand their needs, answer questions about our exceptional Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend effective solutions. Your ability to resolve customer concerns promptly will ensure maximum satisfaction while keeping up-to-date with our product offerings and maintaining high quality and visual standards in our stores.
This is a full-time position with a starting pay of $16.50 per hour. The selected candidate will work at the following locations:

1165 W Winneconne Ave Ste A, Neenah, WI 54956 As a Customer Service Representative, you will: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional sales service. Assist customers in person and over the phone by identifying their needs and offering appropriate products and services. Build strong and trustful relationships with wholesale and retail customers. Process sales transactions accurately in accordance with company policies and procedures. Meet and exceed sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis. Maintain organized work order files and product formulas. Retrieve and prepare products from the sales floor or warehouse. Tint and mix products to meet customer specifications when required. Stock shelves and set up attractive displays. Ensure cleanliness of store equipment. Assist with loading and unloading delivery trucks. Help with deliveries as needed. Keep assigned areas in-stock and visually appealing. Stay knowledgeable about our products and options. Adhere to inventory control procedures. Suggest ways to enhance sales performance. Minimum Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old. Must be legally authorized to work in the country without needing sponsorship now or in the future. A valid, unrestricted Driver's License is required. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally, with or without reasonable accommodation. Willingness to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends. If currently employed by Sherwin-Williams, you must have achieved at least a meets expectations (3) rating on your latest performance appraisal. Completion of all mandatory HR Cloud eLearning courses for your current position is required if internal to Sherwin-Williams. Preferred Qualifications: A High School diploma or GED is preferred. At least one year of experience in a delivery, retail, or customer service role. Experience in selling paint and related products is a plus. Previous experience operating tinting and mixing equipment is advantageous. Ability to communicate in more than one language is beneficial. Proficiency in Spanish is particularly valued.
