As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in assisting both wholesale and retail customers by identifying their needs, providing detailed information about Sherwin-Williams products, and offering tailored solutions. Your primary objective will be to resolve customer concerns promptly and ensure a high level of client satisfaction. Staying updated on product features and maintaining the visual and quality standards of the products and store will also be part of your responsibilities. You will contribute to achieving excellent customer service while consistently meeting sales goals.
The selected individual will work at Store #5292, located at: 9104 Baltimore Ave. College Park, MD 20740, and may also be required to assist at nearby stores within a 5-mile radius.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will interact with customers, including minors, and handle cash and various payment methods. Due to the nature of the role, a review of criminal history will be conducted to ensure the safety of customers, staff, and the community.

Key Responsibilities: Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction through outstanding service. Assist customers both in-person and via phone, identifying their needs and recommending suitable products. Establish trusting relationships with wholesale and retail clients. Accurately process sales transactions in accordance with company policies. Meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals. Maintain meticulous records of work orders and formulas. Retrieve products from sales floor and warehouse when needed. Tint and mix products as per customer specifications. Restock and organize displays to keep the store presentable. Ensure cleanliness of store equipment and assist with deliveries as necessary. Stay informed about product offerings and available options. Follow inventory control procedures and suggest improvements to sales strategies. Minimum Requirements: Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age. Legally authorized to work in the country without sponsorship for a work visa. Proficient in English reading, writing, comprehension, and communication. Proficient in Spanish reading, writing, comprehension, and communication. Valid and unrestricted Driver's License required. Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 50 lbs. and occasionally up to 70 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation. Willingness to work scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends, as required. Preferred Qualifications: High School diploma or GED is preferred. One year of experience in a customer service, retail, or delivery position. Previous experience selling paint and related products is a plus. Familiarity with tinting and mixing equipment is advantageous.
