Monday thru Friday 8:30am-5:30pm Primary function is to work closely with the borrower and lending institution to accomplish a closed Refinance transaction in a timely and efficient manner. Assist Title Agency Manager with a variety of other activities related to the management of the Title Agencys Refinance Team. Responsibilities

Supervises the daily activities of the Title Agencys Refinance Team to ensure the duties and responsibilities are performed accurately and the closing transactions are completed on a timely basis and high-quality member service is maintained. Assists with other personnel activities of staff, such as hiring, training, performance appraisals, disciplinary matters, rewarding and motivating. Cultivates strong working relationships and builds trust among team members. Works closely with SCUs and other lenders Mortgage Department staff in an effort to promote seamless and efficient mortgage closings. Communicates with borrowers, lenders and others relating to Members Title Agency to facilitate smooth transactions. Prepares Final CDs or HUD Settlement Statements and all other closing documents for the transactions. Obtains approval from lender for the CD or HUD Settlement Statement. Orders an update from the underwriter for the title search. Performs closing transaction or forwards file to appropriate SCU Service Center with instructions for closing. Must be able to disburse all transactions; then forward file to the Title Assistant-Post Closing person to complete. Prepares wire transfers made from the Members Title Agency escrow account. Serves as back-up to the Refinance Closing Agents. Assists in the training of new or present employees. Oversees and issues the checks for the R.E. tax payments of all taxes held in escrow to be paid in the month of November each year. Must complete the required CE courses to maintain active Title Insurance License. Sets day-to-day operational objectives for team. Assigns work and delegates responsibilities to staff and monitors progress to ensure department goals are met and high-quality member service is maintained. Cultivates strong working relationships and builds trust among team members. Responsible for other personnel activities of staff as assigned, such as hiring, training, performance appraisals, scheduling, and disciplinary matters. Attends job-specific training classes as requested by manager. Completes annual BSA/AML Compliance Training and understands employees role in maintaining an effective BSA/AML compliance program and completes FACT Act Red Flag training. Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent. 4 plus years progressively responsible experience in title insurance processing, closing, and disbursement with a title insurance company. Working knowledge of title insurance processing, closing and disbursement. Thorough knowledge of the Title Insurance Industrys policies and procedures. Ability to serve customers, lenders and others involved in the closing transaction with courtesy and professionalism. The capability to assume a leadership role and assist in the training of new employees assigned to the Agency. Must be a Notary Public. Title Insurance Agents License with the State of Florida required. Must be able to work under minimal supervision. Must be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality. Excellent organization, prioritization and analytical skills to effectively manage areas of responsibility and attain organizational goals Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills to interact effectively with members, staff, vendors, and government regulators Ability to analyze and resolve complex problems or situations Ability to positively influence others regarding policies, practices, and procedures Strong knowledge and understanding of credit union products, services, policies, and procedures Strong knowledge and understanding of regulatory compliance Strong knowledge and understanding of credit union computer systems and software applications required to perform job duties Benefits
