EARTHRES, a Division of RESPEC, is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager in aggregates to join our team in our Pipersville, PA location. At RESPEC, youll work alongside clients to take on critical problems and, depending on your expertise, you might design infrastructure in remote locations or apply data-driven technology to improve mining and water systems. Responsibilities Manage all aspects of projects within the mining sector with a focus on the aggregates industry; establish and maintain client relationships; lead project management and business development activities, including identifying new opportunities and contributing to the long-term growth and sustainability of the organization. Oversee mining facility operations including layout, roadways, blasting, hauling, processing plant design and operation, surface and groundwater management, and environmental controls; manage multiple projects and business development initiatives concurrently. Proposal development Budget and schedule oversight Junior staff mentorship Client relationship fostering Business growth Seamless integration within a diverse multidisciplinary engineering team

Qualifications Bachelor's or master's degree in geology, mining, geological, or civil engineering; business financial experience is helpful A minimum of 10 years of experience in mining aggregate, crushed stone, sand and gravel, cement, and/or consulting industries Registered professional engineer / professional geologist or ability to obtain upon hire At least 5 years of project management experience Leadership and team management experience Experience in technical report writing Extensive experience in commercial engineering and mining engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, Carlson, Surpac, Vulcan, Minesched, and GIS) preferred Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record; position requires operating a company or personal vehicle during work hours for business travel
Compensation
Compensation: Salary depends on experience and expertise. Compensation includes a comprehensive fringe-benefits package. RESPEC is a 100% employee-owned company and employees are eligible for participation in the ESOP after a qualifying period. Benefits
