Job Description
Senior Product Manager with deep expertise in offensive cyber operations and a proven ability to guide complex technical programs from concept to delivery. This role requires a strong technical foundation, familiarity with exploitation frameworks and reverse engineering tools and the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders to ensure mission success.

active TS/SCI Clearance and polygraph
Salary Range: $100,000 - $200,000 depending on experience and qualifications
What You'll Do
Lead the planning, coordination an execution of technical product development efforts in support of offensive cyber operations and exploitation programs. Facilitate interactions between engineering teams, mission stakeholders and leadership to ensure alignment on priorities and deliverables. Actively engage with teams, staying hands-on and closely involved in technical discussions, development progress and milestone tracking. Apply knowledge of exploitation frameworks (e.g., Metasploit, Cobalt Strike) and reverse engineering tools (e.g., IDA Pro, Ghidra) to guide and support technical direction. Monitor schedules, dependencies and risks to ensure timely delivery of capabilities that meet operational requirements. Maintain clear and thorough documentation, manage JIRA workflows, and track progress across multiple workstreams. Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable information for non-technical stakeholders and leadership. Requirements Qualifications
What You'll Need
U.S. Citizenship Active
TS/SCI Clearance with Polygraph Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline 12+ years of industry experience, including 2+ years in offensive cyber operations, exploitation or related fields Strong understanding of exploitation frameworks, reverse engineering tools and offensive cyber techniques Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information to diverse audiences Familiarity with SAFe methodologies and experience facilitating collaboration across multi-disciplinary teams Hands-on, proactive approach to problem-solving and stakeholder engagement Experience with JIRA, including ticketing, tracking and workflow management
