We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Warehouse Agent to join our team in our Louisville branch. As a Warehouse Agent, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse facility, handling inbound and outbound freight, managing inventory, and maintaining a safe work environment. Hours will be 11am - 8pm Accurately receive, load, store, and execute shipment orders Count products, verify weights, and compare to manifests to ensure accuracy Identify and report any discrepancies, shortages, or damages on appropriate forms Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move products safely Maximize storage space utilization and properly store items in assigned locations Prepare outbound shipments, ensuring correct quantities and proper labeling Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with physical inventories and cycle counts Perform repackaging and repair of goods as required Operate warehouse equipment such as shrink-wrap machines and banding tools Adhere to all safety regulations, including OSHA standards and company policies Complete necessary documentation for TSA and CCSF requirements Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (preferred) 6 months experience in a similar warehouse position (preferred) Strong mathematical skills with the ability to perform accurate calculations Physical capability to stand, walk, lift (50lbs), twist, and reach for extended periods Proficiency in operating forklifts and other material handling equipment Familiarity with warehouse management systems and basic computer skills Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Strong communication and teamwork abilities Flexibility to work various shifts as required by the facility Willingness to obtain DG (Dangerous Goods) certification Ability to obtain a Forklift certification within 6 months of employment Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities
