As a Bilingual Customer Relations Specialist at Sherwin-Williams, you will play a vital role in connecting with our wholesale and retail customers. Your primary responsibility will be to understand their needs, address inquiries about Sherwin-Williams products, and provide tailored solutions to ensure their satisfaction. You will be instrumental in promptly resolving any customer concerns, staying updated on product features, and maintaining the high quality and visual standards expected in our stores. This full-time position, located at Store #3396, 1398 Meadow Road Northbrook, IL 60062, offers a starting pay of $18.75. You may also be required to assist in nearby locations including Arlington Heights, Long Grove, and Wheeling. Your responsibilities will include: Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through outstanding service Engaging with customers both in-person and over the phone to identify their needs Building fruitful relationships with wholesale and retail customers Accurately processing sales transactions in accordance with our policies Meeting and exceeding sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis Maintaining precise work order files and formulas Managing inventory and presenting products appealingly Tinting and mixing products as per customer specifications Ensuring that assigned areas are in-stock and presentable Complying with inventory control procedures Continuously learning about our products to advise customers effectively Assisting with deliveries and loading/unloading delivery trucks as needed Identifying opportunities to improve sales Minimum Requirements: At least 18 years of age Authorized to work in the country without sponsorship for work visa Proficient in reading, writing, and communicating in both English and Spanish Valid, unrestricted Driver's License Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs on occasion Willing to work scheduled hours including evenings and weekends Preferred Qualifications: High School diploma or GED At least one year of experience in retail or customer service Experience in selling paint and related products Familiarity with tinting and mixing equipment If you are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and want to grow your career with us, we encourage you to apply!
