Job Overview: We are seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Experience and Trip Consultant to join our travel services team. In this remote role, you will assist clients in planning and booking personalized travel experiences including flights, accommodations, cruises, and activities. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills and a passion for travel and customer service. Key Responsibilities: Consult with clients to understand their travel goals, budgets, and special requests
Research, plan, and book travel itineraries including transportation, accommodations, and excursions
Provide clients with up-to-date information on travel guidelines, entry requirements, and destination insights
Manage client records, booking confirmations, and travel documentation
Deliver proactive support before, during, and after travel
Requirements: Previous experience in travel, hospitality, or customer service (preferred)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Basic computer literacy and familiarity with online research and booking tools
Must be authorized to work in at least one of the following countries: United States, Antigua and Barbuda, Argentina, Aruba, Australia, New Zealand, Bahamas, Barbados, Belize, Bermuda, Bolivia, Cayman Islands, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, Honduras, France, Germany, Guatemala, Grenada, Italy, Mexico, Netherlands, Nicaragua, Panama, Peru, St. Kitts & Nevis, St. Lucia, Spain, Trinidad & Tobago, United Kingdom, Uruguay
