CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) is seeking a Relativity Senior Systems Administrator to join our team. You will handle a variety of projects to support and improve the organizations network systems. Base pay range

$91,349.44/yr - $123,974.24/yr Employment Type: Full Time Department: Legal/IT Responsibilities Design and implement Automated Litigation Support (ALS) software solutions primarily consisting of COTS tools such as Relativity, iPro, CaseMap, etc. Maintain ALS system infrastructure (storage, compute, network) leveraging on-premises and AWS cloud platforms. Maintain external access to ALS tools including identity and access management for external stakeholders (e.g., expert witnesses, US Attorneys, IRS collaborators). Perform system maintenance including backups, restore operations, application and platform software updates, performance tuning, and system monitoring. Produce and update system diagrams, administrator guides and end-user documentation. Documentation must be updated at least semi-annually. Provide weekly reports on system health, performance, completed projects and planned activities. Collaborate with IT leadership supporting ALS applications and infrastructure.

Qualifications

Undergraduate degree (preferably in computer science or management information/technology) or equivalent years of experience will be considered in lieu of a degree. At least 5 years of hands-on experience implementing systems such as UNIX, Windows, and Network Storage Solutions, including at least 5 years in litigation support applications (e.g., Oracle, Relativity, iPro, Concordance, Trial Director, and other web hosting platforms). Proven experience designing, procuring equipment and software, installing, integrating, and testing in the required environment. Experience with large systems that have a complex mix of operating systems and functions. At least one year of experience setting up large-scale database management applications. Experience in storage technology planning, performance capacity planning and modeling, applications planning, human factors issues, distributed processing, and business process analysis. In-depth knowledge of the Government IT environment, including office automation networks, PC/server-based databases and applications, and the Government's security requirements. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Experience with Relativity. Experience with SQL Server 2012 and later. Ability to obtain a favorable adjudicated Public Trust Clearance.
