Selected candidates will be expected to work at stores located within 5-10 miles of our Collegeville location at 430 W. Main St. Collegeville, PA 19426. Key Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure satisfaction through excellent sales service. Assist customers in-person and over the phone, identifying needs and recommending suitable products. Build trusting relationships with wholesale and retail customers. Accurately process sales transactions following company policies. Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals. Maintain organized work order files and product formulas. Prepare products as needed by tinting and mixing to customer specifications. Support the store by stocking shelves and creating displays. Ensure the cleanliness of store equipment. Load and unload delivery trucks. Assist with deliveries as required. Keep assigned areas well-stocked and presentable. Stay knowledgeable about available products to assist customers effectively. Comply with inventory control measures. Offer suggestions for improving sales. Minimum Requirements: Must be at least eighteen (18) years old. Must be legally authorized to work without requiring sponsorship. Proficient in reading, writing, and communicating in English and Spanish. A valid, unrestricted Driver's License is required. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion. Willingness to work scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends. Preferred Qualifications: High School diploma or GED is preferred. At least one (1) year of experience in a customer service or retail position. Experience selling paint and related products is a plus. Familiarity with tinting and mixing equipment is advantageous.
