Overview: EAC Claims Solutions is seeking a dedicated Property Field Adjuster to manage insurance claims from start to finish. Key Responsibilities: Plan and organize daily tasks to efficiently process claims and conduct inspections. Investigate insurance claims through interviews with claimants and witnesses. Handle property claims related to damage of buildings, structures, contents, and other property. Conduct comprehensive property damage assessments and verify coverage. Evaluate damages to determine the appropriate settlement amount. Negotiate settlements with involved parties. Upload completed reports, photos, and documents into our specialized software systems. Requirements: Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing for long periods, climbing ladders, and navigating tight spaces. Excellent interpersonal communication, organizational, and analytical skills. Familiarity with computer software programs like Microsoft Office and claims management systems. Self-motivated with the capacity to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. High school diploma or equivalent is required. Previous experience in insurance claims or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
