Position: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) As a CNA, you will play a crucial role in supporting licensed care staff by performing various clinical and technical tasks for our residents. Your responsibilities will include assisting with activities of daily living, light housekeeping, dining services, escort duties, taking vital signs, weighing residents, and other care-related tasks as needed. As a vital member of the care team, you will also engage in quality assessment and performance improvement initiatives and report any changes in residents' conditions. Qualifications: Must possess current state certification. Experience is required. Previous experience with geriatric clients is preferred. A high school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred. Current CPR/AED certifications are required. Current First Aid certification is required, or you should be willing to become certified. Food handlers certification and Certified Medical Technician/Certified Medication Aide certification may be required. Basic computer skills or a willingness to learn are necessary.
