Collaborating with business teams to review and understand the business needs and translate them into functional requirements. Analyze and document the impact of potential solutions/changes on existing processes and organizational structures. Identify gaps and inefficiencies in current processes, procedures, and operating models, and design an optimal future state. Participate and/or lead in project design workshops and solution exercises, document requirements and proposed solutions. Maintain consistency of approach and holistic understanding. Work closely with IT development teams to ensure that all functional requirements are developed into fully functional business-ready systems/applications. Collaborate with teams based in different geographical locations. Previous experience delivering requirements, process improvement, service design and support wrapper activities on projects. Experience working in a fast-changing environment. Ability to lead independently on project workstreams; be a team player and collaborate with others to share best practices. Basic Requirements
Minimum of 6 years relevant core BA experience in a client-facing role. Strong BA skillset - Requirements Engineering and Processes. Domain Expertise: Logistics and Finance, exposure to B2B integrations and processes. Experience working in an Agile environment and with Azure DevOps tooling. Preferred Skills
Strong communication skills and stakeholder management with senior stakeholders. Creation of high-quality detailed business requirements, process and training documentation. Sourcing requirements from appropriate stakeholders with varying seniority. Proactive and adaptive approach. Strong experience in manufacturing domain as a Business Analyst. Good stakeholder management and interpersonal skills. Good understanding of techniques for problem solving and decision making. Understanding of industry-standard modeling standards and methodologies. Ability to produce process documentation including process maps, flow diagrams, requirement specifications, functional designs, and feature stories, etc. Experience participating in projects through the full project life cycle. Experience handling conflicting demands, prioritising workloads, and delegating effectively to deliver results. Demonstrable team-working and independent working skills. Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $55,836 - $116,326. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations.
