Overview

Product Owner BI, Reporting and Dashboards (remote) at Claritev. We are seeking a strategic and delivery-focused Agile Product Owner to lead the development and prioritization of our BI, reporting, and dashboard capabilities. This role is critical in enabling data-driven decision-making for our external partners, including payors, TPAs, and insurance companies, as well as internal stakeholders across the organization. The Product Owner is responsible for defining feature requirements, prioritizing the product backlog, creating and communicating the roadmap for agile teams, and ensuring the development team delivers high-quality features that align with business goals and customer needs. Responsibilities

Partner with the Product Manager to define and evolve the product vision, OKRs, and roadmap for reports and dashboards that support different types of customers Translate strategic initiatives into prioritized feature and capability backlogs, balancing customer value, technical feasibility, and organizational readiness. Actively gather feedback from users, product analytics, and stakeholders to refine priorities and guide iteration. Serve as the primary content authority for the agile team(s), managing the team backlog and ensuring clarity of purpose and user value. Collaborate with Tech Leads and Architects to ensure backlog refinement incorporates technical dependencies, data architecture, and platform resilience. Participate in and contribute to PI Planning and SAFe ceremonies, including Feature Breakdown, Dependency Mapping, and Iteration Planning. Resolve cross-team dependencies by working with other Product Owners, Release Train Engineers (RTEs), and Scrum Masters. Partner with Business Analysts to decompose features into actionable user stories using BDD or similar practices. Serve as the voice of the customer in development cycles and ensure end-to-end validation of delivered features against defined outcomes. Coordinate with Training and Operations teams to support product readiness, documentation, and change enablement. Lead Agile ceremonies and PI Planning with confidence. Ensure compliance with HIPAA and healthcare standards. Qualifications

3+ years as a Product Owner or similar role in an agile environment, with a focus on BI, analytics, or data products within healthcare tech space. Proficient in Jira, Confluence, and Agile tools, familiar with BDD, PI Planning, and SAFe. Data visualization tools like PowerBI, Tableau, Looker. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate complex data needs into clear product requirements. A passion for turning data into insights that drive business value. Experience working with external stakeholders such as payors, TPAs, or insurance companies is highly desirable. Proven success managing multiple teams and shifting priorities. Familiarity with data governance, data quality, and compliance considerations in a regulated environment. Strategic thinker with a business-owner mindset. Comfortable presentation to stakeholders and driving process improvements. Bachelors degree required, graduate degree or equivalent experience a plus. Product Owner certification preferred (e.g., CSPO, SAFe PO/PM). Compensation & Benefits

The salary range for this position is $115K to $130K. Specific offers take into account a candidates education, experience and skills, as well as the candidates work location and internal equity. This position is also eligible for health insurance, 401k and bonus opportunity.
