This role is crucial to our retail operations. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will collaborate with both wholesale and retail customers to understand their needs, provide answers to inquiries about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend the best solutions. Your ability to swiftly address any customer concerns will ensure maximum client satisfaction. You will also be expected to stay informed about product features and maintain the high quality and visual standards of the store. Your responsibilities include delivering exceptional customer service while consistently achieving sales goals for the store. This position may involve contact with customers of all ages and entails access to cash, payment methods, personal information, and store merchandise, which may or may not be supervised. Location: 402 Latrobe Thirty Plz, Latrobe, PA 15650. You may be required to work at other stores within a 10-mile radius. Job Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service and effectively manage sales transactions. Assist customers both in-person and via phone, identifying their needs and presenting suitable products and services. Establish trusting relationships with retail and wholesale clients. Maintain accurate transaction records and follow company policies. Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets. Maintain organized work order files and formulas. Prepare products as needed based on customer specifications. Restock shelves and create attractive displays. Ensure cleanliness of store equipment. Assist in loading and unloading delivery trucks. Help with deliveries as required. Keep assigned areas stocked and presentable. Stay knowledgeable about product offerings and discuss available options with customers. Adhere to inventory control procedures. Suggest innovative ways to enhance sales strategies. Minimum Requirements: Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age. Must be authorized to work in the country without requiring visa sponsorship. Must possess a valid, unrestricted Driver's License. Must be able, with or without reasonable accommodation, to lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally. Must be willing to work scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends, with or without reasonable accommodation. Preferred Qualifications: High School diploma or GED. One (1) year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service. Experience selling paint and related products. Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment. Ability to communicate in more than one language. Ability to communicate in Spanish.
