Ryan Hill Group, one of the leading real estate teams in Naperville and Chicago’s western suburbs, is seeking a driven

Inside Sales Manager - Licensed Realtor (Part-Time with Growth Opportunity)

with a current Illinois real estate license. This is a unique hybrid position combining inside sales leadership, agent support, and the opportunity to grow your own real estate business.

What You’ll Get: Part-time role (20 hours/week)

recruiting and building a strong sales team. We’ll provide you with some leads for your

own sales business

(with prior approval), so you can serve your sphere while contributing to the team’s success.

This role is perfect for an experienced Realtor who loves

systems, accountability, and leadership —and is looking for the

best of both worlds: team support and personal production. Compensation:

$20 hourly + commission Responsibilities:

What You’ll Do: Manage and run our

CRM/database

with precision. Schedule, oversee, and assign appointments with buyer and seller leads to outside sales agents. Personally

set appointments for buyer’s agents

and track all results. Record and report on the outcomes of every appointment. Hold agents accountable for their activities and follow-up. Assist with recruitment efforts

by coordinating and participating in interviews, vetting candidates, and verifying the qualifications of new agents. Provide team support with organization, communication, and structure. Qualifications:

What We’re Looking For: Illinois real estate license – active & in good standing. 2+ years full-time experience

in real estate sales. Minimum of 10 closed transactions

in the past. ISA or

inside sales/call center experience

(required). Strong organizational, tech, and communication skills. Comfortable leading, holding agents accountable, and assisting in team growth.
