Job Duties Include: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service. Assist customers in person and via phone by determining their needs and presenting the right products. Build trustful relationships with wholesale and retail customers. Process sales transactions accurately per company policies. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals. Maintain accurate work order files and formulas. Prepare products based on customer specifications. Stock shelves and set up product displays. Keep store equipment clean and well-maintained. Load/unload delivery trucks and assist with deliveries. Maintain assigned areas in a presentable condition. Stay knowledgeable about available products and discuss options with customers. Follow inventory control procedures and suggest sales improvements. Minimum Requirements: At least eighteen (18) years of age. Legally authorized to work in the country without sponsorship. Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in both English and Spanish. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs on occasion. Willing to work scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends. Preferred Qualifications: Valid, unrestricted Driver's License. High School diploma or GED. At least one year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service. Experience selling paint and related products. Experience with tinting and mixing equipment.
