Position Overview:
The Personal Lines Account Manager will be responsible for servicing personal lines accounts, ensuring clients receive exceptional support and guidance. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can work independently while collaborating with our team. Responsibilities
Client Engagement:
Provide exceptional service to personal lines accounts, building strong trust-based relationships with both new and existing clients. Expert Problem-Solving:
Address customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism, offering effective solutions and ensuring client satisfaction. Team Collaboration:
Work closely with management and colleagues to stay informed about new products, services, and policies, contributing to a cohesive and supportive team environment. Detail-Oriented:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information within our database, ensuring all interactions are documented thoroughly. Proactive Communication:
Engage with clients through various communication methods, including email, phone, and in-person meetings, to deliver a seamless customer experience. Continuous Improvement:
Take initiative in learning and implementing best practices, and participate in ongoing training to enhance your skills and knowledge. Commitment to Excellence:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in the insurance field Prior experience in personal lines account management or customer service within an insurance agency or brokerage Active Oklahoma Property & Casualty Insurance License, or the willingness to obtain the license upon being hired Working knowledge of AMS360 preferred; will consider experience with other agency management systems Proficiency with MS Office Suite Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Tech-savvy - comfortable using agency management systems and online carrier portals Strong attention to detail - ensures accuracy in all documentation and policy processing Independent and proactive - can make decisions and solve problems efficiently Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - prioritizes tasks and meets deadlines effectively Hours
Monday-Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm (Hybrid work options following training) Office Location
