Job Overview: As a Server, you will represent our restaurant, ensuring each guest enjoys an outstanding dining experience. Responsibilities include taking orders, offering menu suggestions, serving food and drinks, and providing a welcoming environment. Your ability to anticipate guest needs and deliver personalized service will be crucial in this role. Key Responsibilities: Warmly greet and seat guests, ensuring exceptional hospitality. Accurately take food and beverage orders through our point-of-sale system. Offer expert menu recommendations and food/drink pairings. Serve food and beverages promptly, maintaining high presentation standards. Proactively address guest needs and respond to inquiries or special requests. Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and server stations. Accurately handle cash and process payments following all procedures. Collaborate with team members, including kitchen staff and bartenders, for smooth service operations. Qualifications: Previous restaurant experience, ideally as a server. Must be at least 18 years old. Strong communication skills for engaging with guests professionally. Basic math skills for payments and making change. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on cleanliness and organization. Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary.
