As a Senior Data Scientist, you will work directly with clients and internal delivery teams to build and deploy AI-powered solutions that transform how work gets done. Youll own projects end-to-end: scoping ambiguous problems, prototyping AI workflows, and deploying scalable data science solutions on top of our products while interfacing with technical and non-technical stakeholders. This is a hybrid role: equal parts data scientist and technical consultant. It is ideal for someone who wants hands-on data science work and a direct impact on outcomes. What Youll Do

Collaborate with delivery leaders to scope, develop, and deploy data science solutions to operational problems through statistical/ML modeling end-to-end Identify optimizations through deep engagement with customer problems and build into stable, scalable solutions Translate messy real-world constraints (e.g., inconsistent data, latency requirements) into elegant solutions Iterate quickly based on real-time feedback from operators and clients Build reusable tooling and infrastructure that accelerates future model development and deployment What We Need

8+ years of professional experience in data science Strong Python skills and familiarity with libraries like NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch Solid understanding of statistical modeling end-to-end Strong communication skills ability to explain data decisions to non-technical stakeholders Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort working in fast-moving, unstructured environments Be willing to be on-call for our customers when situations arise Strong engineering background demonstrated by a Bachelors degree in Data Science, Computer Science or related fields OR equivalent professional experience Whats In It For You

Invisible is committed to fair and competitive pay, with compensation reflecting market conditions and the value each team member brings. Our salary structure accounts for regional differences in cost of living while maintaining internal equity. For this position, the annual salary ranges by location are: $168,000 - $188,100 USD An Invisible Talent Acquisition Partner can provide more information on which locations are included in each of our geographic pay tiers during the interview process. For candidates outside the U.S., compensation will be adjusted to reflect local market conditions and cost-of-living differentials. Bonuses and equity are included in offers above entry level. Final compensation is determined by factors including location, job-related experience, skills, knowledge, internal pay equity, and overall market conditions.
