$150,000 - $175,000
per year, based on experience, plus monthly and annual bonuses What You'll Be Doing
Handle civil litigation defense cases, including construction defect, personal injury, and other complex matters Independently manage casework from pre-litigation through trial preparation Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and correspondence Collaborate with colleagues virtually while maintaining a high degree of autonomy Represent clients in depositions, hearings, and mediations as needed What We're Looking For
Licensed to practice in California and currently residing in-state (required) 3+ years of civil litigation defense experience required Background in construction defect or high-exposure PI cases is a plus Comfortable and effective in a fully remote work environment Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills Self-starter with the ability to work independently and hit the ground running Why Join This Firm?
