— join Goodwin’s Global Operations Team to support high-stakes real estate and transactional matters in a dynamic, global environment. Responsibilities

Order, review, and summarize title commitments, exception documents and surveys; interface with title companies and surveyors to resolve issues and negotiate title insurance coverage. Prepare and administer contract critical dates and closing checklists. Coordinate and assist with all aspects of real estate closings, including diligence materials (e.g., zoning reports, UCC lien searches), preparation of conveyance documents, and escrow instructions. Prepare initial draft documents, amendments to agreements or leases, and miscellaneous documents (including estoppel certificates, SNDAs, and Memos of Lease) for attorney review. Knowledge of entity formation, foreign qualification, amendments, and related filings (including obtaining Taxpayer Identification Numbers) and preparation/review of organizational and authority documents. Attend to post-closing requirements, including closing indices, closing binders, and monitoring post-closing deliveries or requirements. Collaborate with Paralegal team members and Associates within the Real Estate Industry unit and across other units. Support training and knowledge management; mentor junior team members as needed. Comply with administrative requirements including timekeeping and reporting; perform other non-essential duties as assigned. Who You Are

BA/BS preferred; 7+ years of experience. Experience on both borrower and lender sides of leveraged finance transactions preferred, but not required. Paralegal Certificate or qualifying work experience per state law requirements. Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills; high attention to detail. Ability to handle multiple responsibilities, plan ahead, and meet deadlines; works well in a team-oriented environment. Desire to work on challenging, complex transactions. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Visio. Firm culture hybrid work environment — 3 days/week, including 2 anchor days (Tuesday & Thursday). Benefits
