We're looking for a Territory Sales Manager to join our team and help us bring our innovative solutions to merchants throughout the area. Responsibilities

Drive revenue growth and bring in net new business from prospects Recruit, grow, and lead a smaller team of sales professionals Use a consultative approach to set appointments with business owners over the phone, face-to-face, through your network, and via referral partnerships Run scheduled appointments, uncover needs, and present Heartland solutions to close sales in target vertical markets (restaurants, retail, medical, manufacturing, lodging, auto repair, salons, and more) During training, work with Division Manager and Atlas, our tablet-based CRM, for lead generation, sales presentations, value analysis, and paperless contracts Coach and train Relationship Managers to help achieve sales goals Set your own work schedule, work primarily from a home office, and maximize residuals from your business Recruit, hire, and grow your sales team; participate in talent scouting and interviews Maintain a professional demeanor and integrity; operate with urgency and a strong work ethic Other responsibilities as described in the original posting Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: 18 years of age or older; Valid Driver’s License; successful completion of pre-employment background check; completion of mandatory drug screening around day 60; must live in the area relative to job posting location Compensation and benefits: W2, Medical/Dental/Life & Disability benefits, aggressive weekly commissions, residuals, portfolio ownership, and potential annual earnings.
