Corporate Tools in Post Falls, Idaho is looking to acquire a Procurement Agent to join our team... see what we did there? Are you a savvy negotiator with a knack for building great vendor relationships? In this role, you'll be the go-to person for all things procurement, ensuring we get the best deals on top-quality goods and services. You'll manage vendor relationships, oversee and implement purchasing processes, and help keep everything running smoothly. This is a new role for us and that will excite you about building this from the ground up! If you love balancing cost, quality, and efficiency, we'd love to have you on board.

This is a M-F, full time salaried position that some remote work is possible. You'll onboard and train in person, for at least the first 90 days, in Post Falls and continue working in our office with other fine-print loving people at least 2-3 days a week.

Wage:

$80,000/yr

Establish procurement/purchasing processes Work cross-functionally with legal, finance, operations, and other groups as needed to facilitate procurement Work to establish relationships with vendors and other stakeholders Manage negotiations with vendors and manage the RFP lifecycle Maintain regular contact with vendors to ensure alignment Embark on a whimsical "source to pay" journey, making the procurement process from sourcing to payment as efficient and enjoyable as possible Requirements:

3+ years of experience working in procurement, purchasing, or similar fields Experience running with complete procurement process with little oversight Ability to manage conflicting priorities Strong organizational skills, particularly being able to do your job without all the shiny tools out there Experience using analytics to make informed decisions Proven track record of successful contract negotiation and vendor management Coordinate with logistics and other teams to manage inventory flow Manage contract renewals and terminations
