Job Description Position: JavaScript Engineer Location: Bloomington, IL Duration: 8-month project Note: The candidate must be available for a quick Skype call with a recruiter prior to presentation to the client. We are seeking a JavaScript Developer in Bloomington, IL, for a large national account. The ideal candidate should have experience with both client-side and server-side JavaScript, not just JavaScript for UI or Java development with some JavaScript experience. Requirements: Experience developing a web application entirely in JavaScript (both client and server). Proficiency in the following JavaScript client technologies: Less.js, CSS, HTML, JQuery, Backbone, Spine, Bootstrap, Lo-dash, Mocha. Proficiency in the following JavaScript server technologies: Node.js, Express, Socket.io, Passport, Mocha. Experience with source management and build tools: NPM, Grunt, Gulp, Git.
