at least two years of experience in medical/dental insurance account management, benefits administration in HR, serving as a carrier, representative, or broker. Current hiring locations include: Greater Los Angeles, San Francisco Bay Area, Sacramento, Fresno, Las Vegas, Inland Empire/High Desert, Dallas, Houston, Austin, Baltimore, Pittsburg, Philadelphia, New York City, Upstate NY, Connecticut, New Jersey, Rhode Island, Utah, Phoenix, Louisiana, San Antonio, Florida, and Georgia. Candidates must reside in one of these locations.
Targeted Start Date: 08/01/2025 . Responsibilities
Compare and contrast dental plans to assist customers in selecting the best option. Guide customers in voluntary plan decisions when applicable. Provide printed plan information and answer questions about the plans. Refer unresolved issues to customer service. Qualifications
At least two years of experience in relevant fields such as insurance account management, benefits administration, or as a carrier, representative, or broker. High School diploma or GED. Insurance license required for FL and KY residents. Valid drivers license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance. Knowledge of dental and health insurance terminology. Knowledge of additional languages is preferred. Pay and Additional Info
Estimated pay is $30/hour, based on experience and location. Benefits are not available for this role.
