ABOUT THIS POSITION
The Sr. Solution Adoption Consultant will serve as the primary client contact during the implementation of Waystar solutions, focusing on set-up and design issues. The ideal candidate will have experience working with leading Health Systems and Hospitals in the U.S.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Handle complex client assignments requiring independent analysis, with deep RCM and product knowledge.
Design and execute data analysis and work plans.
Drive project priorities and next steps.
Present solutions and identify problems proactively.
Lead meetings internally and externally.
Resolve issues efficiently.
Maintain communication with clients, vendors, and team members about project risks and needs.
Translate feedback into actionable insights.
Research and make decisions on client problems.
Create detailed documentation on environment-specific product design and configuration.
Classify problems and recommend corrections.
Lead testing to verify solutions.
Lead client training sessions.
Participate in discovery and project kickoff visits.
Attend weekly project status meetings.
Mentor client adoption consultants and assume training responsibilities.
Lead projects involving multiple consultants.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
7+ years of healthcare or healthcare system experience preferred.
Strong understanding of software, technology, databases, and data exchange formats.
Quick learner of new technologies and terminology.
Ability to discuss complex technical and revenue cycle operations clearly.
Experience building trusted relationships at all organizational levels.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to travel 30-50%.
Strong leadership and independent work skills.
Healthcare IT/Operations experience, especially with systems like Epic, Cerner, or McKesson, or consulting firms, with a focus on patient financial responsibility processes.
