Our client is seeking an ambitious and passionate Personal Injury Associate Attorney to join our Dallas team. This position is ideal for attorneys with 1+ years of pre-suit personal injury experience who are eager to grow as legal professionals, have a passion for justice, and a drive to excel in Personal Injury Law. Entry-level candidates with no experience will also be considered. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred but not required. You will collaborate with a dynamic and experienced team of attorneys and have access to both local and remote support staff. $80,000 $100,000 base salary. Commission on settled litigation cases. Compensation commensurate with experience. Attorneys with a portable case load will receive preferential consideration. Bar dues and CLEs covered. Commission available on cases brought into the firm for any area of law handled. Responsibilities: Work closely with clients to understand the extent of their injuries, negotiate with insurance companies and opposing counsel, and represent clients in court. Manage a caseload of personal injury cases, including auto accidents, slip and falls, premises liability claims, and wrongful death cases. Draft and respond to discovery, motions, and motion responses. Conduct legal research and legal writing. Collaborate with experts in medical and other disciplines, assist with report drafting, and prepare for depositions. Qualifications: Licensed and in good standing with the Texas State Bar. 1+ years of experience in pre-suit and litigating personal injury preferred. Experience drafting and responding to motions. Strong knowledge of the Rules of Civil Procedure and Rules of Evidence. Exceptional attention to detail, strong writing and legal research skills. Strong work ethic. Benefits:
