Job Description Provide technical, analytical, and developmental services support for Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) systems, including but not limited to Automated Digital Network System (ADNS), Global Command and Control System-Maritime (GCCS-M), Computer Network Defense (CND), training systems (e.g., Virtual Hosting Environment (VHE)), Network Security Vulnerability Technician (NSVT), support equipment, Joint systems (e.g., Joint High Speed Vessel (JHSV)), and Foreign Military systems. Responsibilities include overseeing strategic planning, human resource management, budgeting, and training personnel as needed. Act as a liaison between managers and staff, analyze program issues, and develop long-term solutions. Manage resource allocations, workload assignments, and coordinate with program management on contact modifications, work order changes, and schedule adjustments.

Qualifications

Collect, review, and analyze information to make recommendations to the Government.

Define the nature and extent of problems.

Analyze relevant data, including revenues, employment, or expenditures; interview managers and employees while observing operations.

Develop solutions to identified problems.

Understand the organization’s structure, its relationship with the Government, and internal culture.

Prepare and solve mathematical models.

Report findings and recommendations to the Government.

Qualifications:

At least seven (7) years of experience in engineering/science management, operations research analysis, or financial/cost analysis, with significant experience in U.S. Navy programs or operations.

Recent Navy C4I(S) experience and understanding of DoD funding.

SECRET security clearance minimum.

Additional Information

Must be a U.S. Citizen and eligible to work on Government contracts.

Must be able to obtain a Common Access Card (CAC).
