Join a world leader in IT metrics and productivity! Computer Aid, Inc. (CAI) is a full-service IT outsourcing firm with over 30 years of experience, specializing in IT measurement and productivity. We are seeking five Mid-Level On-site System Support Specialists with 3-5 years of experience. This position is part of our NY State contract for Hourly Based IT Services, located in New York, NY. NYC offers numerous attractions, including Madison Square Garden, Broadway, Radio City Music Hall, and more. Apply soon, as opportunities like this are limited in New York State. Position Requirements/Technical Skills:
Experience supporting the CONNECTIONS application deployment, providing on-site face-to-face support to end-users during implementation. Ability to facilitate user mastery of the application, reducing errors and increasing acceptance. Serve as frontline support for software issues during migration and provide quick assistance for additional training needs. Daily Tasks:
Visit local districts and agencies within NYC to assist users with CONNECTIONS. Troubleshoot application issues on-site or via phone. Provide training support and follow-up on new features. Identify and resolve system problems, providing necessary data and information. Support other OCFS initiatives requiring specialized on-site responses. Mandatory Requirements:
3-5 years of documented employment as a Mid-Level On-site System Support Specialist. Experience with supporting and implementing a range of development platforms, architectures, or business applications. Ability to work independently without assistance. Desirable Qualifications:
At least 36 months of on-site implementation experience for large automation projects. Experience in change management, planning, and implementing organizational change. Experience with SACWIS systems in New York or other states. Experience providing training and technical assistance in classroom or work settings.
