Oklahoma City, OK The Oklahoma Office of the Attorney General is seeking a full-time Senior Assistant Attorney General (Prosecutor) for the Medicaid Fraud Control Unit. Position Summary

The Oklahoma Medicaid Fraud Control Unit (MFCU) is a law enforcement division within the Oklahoma Attorney General’s Office, tasked with investigating and prosecuting health care providers involved in Medicaid fraud, abuse, neglect, and exploitation. The unit has civil and criminal enforcement powers. The attorney in this role will focus on criminal enforcement and supervise prosecutors within the unit. Key Responsibilities

Supervise MFCU prosecuting attorneys Manage a caseload of prosecutorial cases Collaborate with agents, analysts, and attorneys to prosecute abuse, neglect, and financial exploitation in long-term care facilities and Medicaid system Work with federal partners on investigations and prosecutions Draft and file legal documents including subpoenas, informations, affidavits, and warrants Prepare for and conduct criminal discovery, hearings, and trials Network with federal and state counterparts and present outreach materials This position is located in northwest Oklahoma City near Northwest 63rd Street and Western Avenue. The successful candidate will serve as a prosecutor and supervisor, working within an interdisciplinary team to pursue enforcement actions such as incarceration, restitution, penalties, asset seizures, and exclusions from Medicaid. The role requires sound legal judgment, strong research and writing skills, and the ability to handle complex and sensitive issues. The attorney will also represent the Office in joint federal investigations and prosecutions. Qualifications

Applicants must be licensed attorneys in Oklahoma with at least 10 years of prosecutorial experience. Applicants without such experience should not apply.
