The successful candidate should have IBM WebSphere Portal consulting experience, with in-depth knowledge of migration strategies for large-scale customer-facing applications. Experience upgrading from Portal 6 to Portal 8 is a plus. Candidate must have strong leadership experience, with the ability to manage a team of experienced portal developers through migration challenges.
