Experience designing and deploying highly secure cloud infrastructure at an enterprise scale. Experience with monitoring and logging tools/platforms (ElasticSearch, GrayLog, Grafana). Secure system lifecycle management experience. Developing automated solutions for infrastructure/application deployment (Python, Ansible, Terraform, Gitlab, JSON/YAML, Rundeck, Jenkins). Deep knowledge of VMware, Windows, Linux, and container solutions (ProxMox, KVM, VCD, NSX-t). Supporting complex end-to-end network solutions in mission-critical environments. Compiling Linux kernels and cross-compilation practices. Deep understanding of Linux and embedded Linux. Scripting skills in Python and Shell. Excellent debugging skills. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and workflow automation. Fluency in SCM tools (Perforce, Git) and build systems (make, cmake, bazel). Experience with virtualization platforms (KVM, Proxmox, VMware). Experience with containers (Docker). Knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, UDP, OSI layers, Load Balancing, VLANs). Understanding of network security, client-server architectures, and software integration. Moderate to advanced networking skills, including WAN/LAN/DMZ, VPNs, switching, routing, security, DNS, DHCP, subnetting, VLANs. Knowledge of IT infrastructure and data center architectures. Experience with Nvidia embedded platforms. Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Packer, Terraform, Ansible, Salt). Experience with container orchestration platforms. Troubleshooting 802.11 networks (a/b/g/n, 802.11s). Ability to prioritize and work independently. Knowledge of key technologies including ProxMox, KVM, VMware, Windows, Active Directory, routing, and switching protocols (EIGRP, BGP). Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent experience. 10+ years of experience in infrastructure or related fields. Core Responsibilities

Ensure infrastructure performance, maintain configurations, troubleshoot issues. Maintain documentation. Support design, validation, and configuration of network and computing systems. Hardware and cabling as required. Analyze and troubleshoot system incidents, determine root causes, and implement corrective actions. System integration, hardware/software installation, configuration, and disposition. Perform on-console work for facility network and communication devices. Collaborate with multi-skilled teams to achieve objectives. Manage end-of-life status of network and software components, develop mitigation plans. Design, deploy, and test cybersecurity systems for private cloud environments. Implement NIST 800-53 controls, configure network security systems, and provide secure configuration guidance. Configure firewalls, DDoS appliances, and security monitoring tools. Perform system maintenance, incident response, and support in a DevSecOps environment. Adhere to ITIL framework and strive to exceed customer expectations.
