JOB DESCRIPTION
GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
Responsible for managing all Self-Perform Projects and related customers (including GC, large-scale P&R, TremCare, etc.). Collaborates with the Project Foreman, Superintendent, Construction Manager, and Sales Reps to ensure project delivery on time and within budget.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Schedule and oversee self-perform crews through daily interactions with the crew foreman.
Act as a liaison to the Construction Manager for subcontractor oversight when subcontractors are involved in self-perform projects.
Implement and manage project administration requirements.
Create and communicate project schedules and updates.
Manage expectations and address challenges to keep projects on schedule and efficient.
Ensure quality control and management of all scope items.
Verify all work complies with contract documents.
Resolve project issues, coordinating between crews, subcontractors, Sales Reps, and owner operations, ensuring adherence to Tremco standards.
Manage the team's performance and processes to ensure regional profitability, collaborating with the RBM.
Generate project status reports and ensure owner satisfaction.
Assist in project opportunity assessments, scope, and quantity estimations as needed.
Coordinate with CG/CM, Sales Team, and Operations Management.
Provide QA and QC inspections and training to uphold Tremco/WTI roofing standards, increasing market share.
Areas of focus include:
Field applications: materials, systems, applications, etc.
Customer service
Reporting compliance
Maintain regular communication with the RBM regarding:
Safety compliance
Project approvals and planning
Personnel and process management
Issues requiring collaboration or escalation
Lead health and safety initiatives to ensure 100% compliance, including Toolbox Talks, DTA reporting, truck audits, and zero safety incidents.
Willing to travel as needed across the area.
