Basic
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution. Alternatively, three years of progressive experience in the field can be considered in lieu of each year of education. At least 4 years of experience in Information Technology. Preferred
At least 5 years of software development experience, with strong exposure to .NET technologies. Proficiency in OOPs, SOLID principles, and SDLC. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills. Experience working on N-Tier web applications in complex projects. Experience with Agile SCRUM methodology. Hands-on experience in .NET, C#. Experience with Selenium and CICD tools like VSO/TFS. Experience in code reviews using Visual Studio and Code Flow. Development of robust automation frameworks. Additional skills such as Coded UI, PowerShell, Performance/Load Testing, G11N/L10N, and SQL Query are a plus but not mandatory. Desire and experience working in a global delivery environment.
