is a hybrid role in the Chicago market where you will be able to leverage your F&A relationships in this market. We have it listed as hybrid since you will be meeting with clients and interact with others within Korn Ferry in our Willis Tower office. Interim Finance & Accounting Managing Consultant Business Development

must have experience selling F&A interim solutions. As an F&A Interim Managing Consultant - Business Development/Consultant in our Korn Ferry Interim F&A consulting practice, you will connect the right people to the right work by building deep relationships with senior business leaders. You will act as a trusted advisor, help clients solve complex problems, and align meaningful work that expands our consultants careers. This role offers a lucrative opportunity tied to personal revenue growth while working within a collaborative, dynamic team. Key Responsibilities

Member as an individual contributor of the team responsible for building and managing a book of business for our F&A Interim sector with corporate Accountants and other Financial managerial interim roles across all vertical markets. Drive business development/execution and delivery of consulting qualifying, presenting and closing F&A interim efforts to align with the vision and overall objectives of the firm. Ensure all current and prospective clients understand and comprehend the overall mission of Korn Ferry. Interview, source and represent current and prospective consultants in opportunities that will continue to enhance their career objectives. Responsible for consistently meeting and exceeding sales goals and objectives for Korn Ferry with an entrepreneurial approach building out a new legal practice. Accountable for driving the business in a direction that ensures financial targets are met or exceeded on a consistent basis with solid gross profit margins. Project oriented, analytical thinker open to communicating new ideas and strategies. Work in a team-oriented environment while still acting in an independent, leadership capacity. Collaborate as a team with Executive Search, Professional Search and Advisory leaders with referrals as well as working for our affiliate business lines to create brand awareness and growth potential. Identify opportunities to join a Board, Association or a cause which you are passionate about to network within the legal community to increase brand awareness with our interim business. Exude leadership and professionalism with quality of your searches and providing white glove service to all your clients and consultants. Required Skills and Qualifications

Minimum of 5-8 years of prospecting, pitching and closing business in a sales equivalent position. Ability to communicate effectively with employees of all levels within the organization, as well as with clients and the public; become a public representative and face of Korn Ferry. Ability to work with a dynamic team of seasoned professionals in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism and incorporating fun into the team culture. A proven track record in leadership, sales and recruiting in the Chicago market is a plus. We also will consider F&A professionals who are looking to pivot in their career and would like the opportunity to sell interim solutions. We have an excellent training and onboarding program. Salary range represents the compensation Korn Ferry expects to pay to a candidate with the requirements for the job posted.
