Responsibilities Develop and execute test strategies for mobile applications (iOS and Android) and web, ensuring cross-platform functionality, responsiveness, and performance. Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and efficient automated test frameworks and test suites. Integrate test framework with test management tools like ADO to manage test plan execution results. Analyze test results, identify root causes of failures, and work with developers to resolve issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test requirements and ensure testability and accessibility of features. Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and monitor test execution and results. Integrate test automation framework with cross platform execution tools like BroswerStack. Mentor junior QA engineers, promoting best practices in test automation, accessibility, performance, and software quality.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Required). 5+ years of experience in software testing and automation. 2+ years of experience mentoring other QA engineers. Strong programming skills in one or more languages (e.g., JavaScript, Java, C#,). Hands-on experience with test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium). Proven experience implementing and working in TDD environments. Experience with accessibility testing tools and understanding of ADA/WCAG compliance. Experience testing mobile applications on iOS and Android platforms. Experience with performance testing tools and methodologies. Experience with production validation practices and tools (e.g., monitoring dashboards, log analysis, synthetic testing). Experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, REST Assured). Good experience with low code or no code automation tools. Solid understanding of CI/CD tools and processes (e.g., Terraform, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Docker). Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and containerization. Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills. Strong communication and leadership abilities.
