Bilingual Customer Support Representative

Join our dynamic team as a Bilingual Customer Support Representative! In this role, you will collaborate closely with both wholesale and retail customers, addressing their needs, answering queries about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommending the best solutions tailored to their requirements. As a key member of our team, you will also be responsible for resolving customer concerns swiftly to ensure maximum satisfaction while keeping abreast of product features and maintaining high visual standards of our offerings. Your efforts will contribute to exceptional customer service and help us consistently meet our store's sales goals. This role involves interacting with customers, which may include minors, and entails access to cash, payment methods, electronic equipment, personal information, and store merchandise. To uphold the safety of our customers, staff, and community, a review of your criminal history will be conducted as part of our hiring process. As part of your responsibilities, you will: Deliver outstanding customer satisfaction through top-notch service. Assist clients both in-person and over the phone by identifying their needs and presenting suitable products and services. Foster trusting relationships with both wholesale and retail customers. Accurately process sales transactions in compliance with our policies. Achieve sales objectives monthly, quarterly, and annually. Maintain order files and formulas precisely. Retrieve the right products from the sales floor or warehouse as needed. Tint and mix products according to customer specifications. Organize shelves and create attractive displays. Ensure the cleanliness of store equipment. Assist with loading/unloading delivery trucks and making deliveries as needed. Maintain assigned areas in a well-stocked and presentable condition. Stay informed about our products and discuss available options with customers. Follow inventory control procedures. Propose strategies to enhance sales. Minimum Requirements: Must be at least eighteen (18) years old. Must be legally authorized to work in the country without needing sponsorship for a work visa. Must read, write, comprehend, and communicate fluently in English. Must read, write, comprehend, and communicate fluently in Spanish. Must possess a valid, unrestricted Driver's License. Must be capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. occasionally, with or without reasonable accommodation. Must be willing to work scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends, with or without reasonable accommodation. Preferred Qualifications: High School diploma or GED. At least one (1) year of experience in a delivery, retail, or customer service position. Previous experience selling paint and related products. Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment.
