JOB DESCRIPTION Remote Position with Required Field Travel Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Community Engagement Specialist focused on enhancing membership through effective sales and marketing of Molina Medicare products to dual eligible, Medicare-Medicaid recipients within approved market areas. Your role will be instrumental in achieving revenue, profitability, and retention goals while maintaining ethical sales practices and adhering to established policies. Collaborate with key departments to boost product and brand awareness and leverage market research and analysis to foster customer and community engagement. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Exhibit strong skills in business-to-business (B2B) sales and relationship nurturing. Devise creative sales strategies to generate referrals and leads, actively participating in community events and outreach to various potential partner sites including group associations, senior centers, and community residences. Generate lead opportunities through strategic local research and networking. Organize one-on-one meetings and group presentations from assigned or self-generated leads. Meet or exceed monthly enrollment and event presentation targets. Conduct informative presentations to potential customers, caregivers, and decision-makers, developing tailored sales pitches to effectively convey product benefits. Assist with enrolling eligible individuals in Molina Medicare products, ensuring all required enrollment documentation is completed thoroughly and promptly submitted in compliance with Medicare guidelines. Clearly communicate the product options available to Medicare beneficiaries, guiding them through the enrollment process including eligibility requirements and ID card receipt timelines. Maintain organized tracking of all marketing and sales activities, updating sales prospects, leads, and event results consistently. Collaborate closely with local health plan leadership and departments to identify and educate potential members and build community partnerships. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience; High School Diploma, GED, or Associate Degree. Minimum of 2 years of experience in Medicare, Medicaid, managed care, or related health/insurance sales. Molina Healthcare offers competitive compensation and benefits. $41,264 - $80,464.96 / Annual Note: Actual compensation may vary based on geographic location, experience, education, and skill level.
