This role is for a Full Stack Software Engineer (Mid-Level) with 3 years+ software development experience and 3 years in React and PHP/Laravel. If you have more experience, check out our Senior Full Stack Engineer role. Were seeking engineers in Latin America or Europe. Your Impact
Ship new features and enhancements across our React + Laravel (PHP) + MySQL stack. Design software to help improve our customers AI products and models with human feedback. Build AI capabilities into our platform to simplify analysis and testing. Refactor code, write tests, and strengthen performance, security, and data quality. Day-to-Day
Pull Jira tickets, discuss scope with product/design, and take them from branch to deploy. Pair with senior engineers on technical design, and own well-defined tasks end-to-end. Research unfamiliar tech, propose solutions, and ask for feedback early. Review PRs, update docs, and share learnings with the team. You Bring
3+ years professional software development. 2-3 years+ hands-on with React and PHP/Laravel. Solid skills in HTML/CSS, SQL, and component-driven UI design, micro-frontend experience. Comfortable in English and proactive in solving problems. Curiosity and drive to help build the leading beta-testing platform. Tech Stack
