As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at Sherwin-Williams, you will engage closely with both wholesale and retail customers to assess their needs, answer questions about our products, and recommend effective solutions. You will play a key role in resolving customer concerns to ensure maximum satisfaction, while also maintaining an up-to-date understanding of our product features. Your contributions will directly support our sales goals and uphold the visual and quality standards of our store.
Your responsibilities will involve direct contact with customers, including minors, and you may handle cash and other payment methods. To ensure the safety of our customers, staff, and operations, we will conduct a review of your criminal history.
The position requires flexibility as you will be expected to work across several stores within a 22-mile radius, including:

Process sales transactions accurately following company policies. Meet sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Maintain organized work order files and product formulas. Retrieve products from sales floors or warehouses as needed. Tint and mix products to meet customer specifications. Stock shelves and set up visually appealing displays. Clean and maintain store equipment. Assist in loading/unloading delivery trucks. Help with deliveries when necessary. Maintain the cleanliness and stock level of your assigned areas. Stay knowledgeable about products and available options. Comply with inventory control procedures. Suggest potential improvements for sales strategies. Minimum Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old. Must be legally authorized to work without the need for sponsorship. Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and oral. Must possess a valid, unrestricted Driver's License. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally. Willing to work scheduled hours, including potential evenings and weekends. Preferred Qualifications: High School diploma or GED. Minimum one year of experience in retail or customer service. Experience selling paint and paint-related products. Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment.
