product range, we partner exclusively with franchised car dealerships to deliver our premium ceramic-coating system through their F&I desks. Backed by best-in-class chemistry, training, and third-party warranty protection, our solutions drive incremental revenue, protect vehicles, and elevate customer satisfaction. As we scale our U.S. footprint, were seeking a hands-on business builder to lead our dealership-only F&I division from Cumming, Georgia. Position Summary You will own the end-to-end launch and growth of Gtechniq Platinum within U.S. franchised dealerships. Your mission is to: Establish our F&I ceramic-coating program as a must-have upsell Adapt Platinum for the U.S. market, including securing third-party warranty backing with underwriters or insurers Partner with dealers finance & insurance teams, train staff, and hit aggressive rollout and revenue targets Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a U.S. go-to-market strategy for ceramic-coating F&I programs in franchised dealerships Adapt product warranties for U.S. regulatory and consumer-protection requirements Identify, qualify, and secure partnerships with regional and national dealer groups Negotiate and secure third-party warranty backing: vet underwriters, draft warranty agreements, and manage ongoing provider relationships Lead dealer presentations, F&I desk training, and product demonstrations Negotiate pricing, incentives, training packages, and service-level commitments with dealer principals Collaborate with Marketing, Technical, and Operations to ensure seamless program implementation Track and report key metrics: dealer sign-ups, attach rates, revenue, and warranty claim rates Serve as the dealerships expert liaisontroubleshoot warranty inquiries, share best practices, and ensure dealer satisfaction Qualifications Required 5+ years of business development or sales leadership within franchised automotive dealerships, with direct exposure to F&I processes Demonstrated experience adapting aftermarket programs for the U.S. market, including securing third-party warranty backing or insurance partnerships Strong network within OEM dealer groups and finance & insurance executives Excellent presentation, negotiation, and training skills Data-driven mindset: experience building forecasts, tracking attach rates, and analyzing warranty claims data Willingness to travel 50%+ (dealer visits, regional HQ meetings, industry events) Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Preferred Prior experience with specialty vehicle protection products (ceramic coatings, PPF) Familiarity with dealer management systems (Reynolds & Reynolds, Dealertrack, CDK Global) AFIP or similar F&I certification Masters degree in Business Administration or equivalent Compensation & Benefits Competitive Base Salary (Based on Experience) with Performance-Based Commission Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) Retirement Plan with Employer Match Paid Time Off (PTO) and Public Holidays Employee Discounts on Gtechniq Products Opportunities for Career Progression in a Growing Business Travel Opportunities to attend events, training, or support partners (where applicable) Collaborative and Supportive Team Culture How to Apply Submit your resume and a brief cover letter outlining: Your top three dealership F&I wins, including any warranty-backed programs Examples of aftermarket programs youve worked with for the U.S. market Why youre excited to build Gtechniq Platinums warranty-backed offering in the U.S. Email your application to: stuarttaylor@ Gtechniq Platinum is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
